Learn to babysit safely and confidently
Babysitting can be both exciting and challenging. It requires more than just liking children – it calls for responsibility, basic childcare skills, and the ability to respond in emergencies. This two-day course prepares young people (ages 12–16, or older teens) to babysit safely and responsibly, combining essential childcare knowledge with first aid training.

What will you learn?
Day 1 – Childcare Basics:
- Understanding child development
- Safe caregiving practices
- Feeding, diapering, and dressing (with baby dolls)
- Entertaining and engaging with children
- Age-appropriate activities and safety tips
Day 2 – First Aid & Safety:
- Recognising and responding to choking
- Handling unconsciousness and performing CPR
- Managing fever, seizures, wounds, and bleeding
This hands-on course is designed to make teens confident, capable, and well-prepared babysitters.
